In order to confirm a reservation you have to deposit 30% of the total cost in a bank account that will advise you. Proof of payment must be sent to us by fax (Fax No: +30 26310 41216) or by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
In any other case reservation is not valid.
During holidays 50% of the total amount is required in advance.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Payment of the balance amount will be always prior the departure.

2Cancellation policy
If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client. If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is not refunded to the client. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of stay.
